Double Attic Room In Lovely House BA1 Central

Hi we have a very private attic double bedroom to rent in our house. It has a double bed, cabinet, wardrobe, desk and chair, shelves and flat screen TV.. It’s very comfortable and different to most rooms offered. It's very homely. The only negative thing is that it is accessed via a very small and steep (ladder like) quirky staircase. which can take a little getting used to. But once up there, you are the only person on that floor, so it is very private.
The area is fantastic, it's a lovely quiet residential area yet a close, flat walk into the centre of Bath and its also a very short walk to the RUH Hospital. . It's close to Victoria Park and there is a bus stop and a Tesco store at the end of the road. It's also very easy to get the bus into town in or to the University.
You would share the bathroom with one other person and my 2 teenage kids when they are with us. and share the very large and fully equipped kitchen and would be able to use the washer/dryer and downstairs loo etc.
I am a professional who sometimes works long hours and I work from home during the day now from the living room. I live in the house (in an annex downstairs) with my partner. My 2 children (aged 13 and 15) are also in the house about half of the time. Half the time they are with their dad.

We are very friendly and relaxed and have one cat.

The house has easy parking, a lovely patio, a large fully equipped kitchen, and a shared bathroom..

The room will be available from 5 March 2022.
