The room has a shelving unit just outside the room, a small area that can be covered by a curtain meant for hanging clothes in, a tv stand and shelf on the wall above the foot of the bed, a large desk facing a window with views of the garden, a single bed, a wheel chair and a small bedside set of drawers,

This house has one shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden.

The living room has a sofa that fits 3 and a single chair, as well as a Gamecube and a Switch dock hooked up to an approximately 35 inch TV.

The kitchen is fitted with a single gas hob/oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a small blender and a washing machine, alongside a full size single fridge/freezer.

The bathroom is fitted with a storage cupboard, toilet, sink (as per usual hehe) and a shower over a full size bath.

The current residents of the household are second year students, one studying Physics and one studying Computer Science. Viewing times can be easily arranged due to flexible schedules, so get in contact to arrange a viewing!
