Due to having a placement next year in second semester I am looking for a girl to take over my tenancy from December 2022 to July 2023.
It’s £157.50 per person per week with uncapped bills included. There would be a small fee of approx £100 in terms of legal fees for taking over this tenancy, im not entirely sure if you need to pay a deposit but my guess is that you would.
The house is modern and is currently having its garden re-landscaped for when we move in. Additionally, the price includes a cleaner for communal spaces and a gardener every 2 weeks.
We are all girls in first year so typically looking for another girl to join us.
If you’re interested, send me a message and i am happy to send you some videos of the house that we took when viewing. And me and all the other girls would be happy to meet up before!
Also, we know the current tenants so could arrange to view the house if you wanted to.
