Nice double CENTRAL room

Looking preferably for a FEMALE tenant either mature professional/student ending education looking for work, who is tidy, cleans after themselves and respectful. Why?? Because women tend to be tidier. I don’t mind people who have a life but not so many parties as it is all in decent condition. If a party is wanted then please say in advance and communal garden is more than enough. Double room available ASAP for anyone wanting to be central with parking space right outside property; parking permit attainable. Room has a lamp if wanted with desk and chair, built in wardrobes and double bed with memory foam mattress. If you have furniture then please let me know in advance so i can remove for needed space. Big bathroom for toilet, shower with bathtub. Room has blinds so no need for curtains. Rent £600 pcm plus bills currently only electric £35pcm and £23 water with council tax £65 so £720 overall but bills subject to rise due to legislation. There’s also a lift so it’s easy to move things/go in and out being wheelchair friendly. Kitchen has a modern stove induction and airing system with a microwave, a George Foreman grill and a decent washing machine. Last but not least it’s only a stone throw away from big Sainsbury’s. I’m also a part time student with needing space and peace during Monday’s for my private zoom classes! Starting year 2 level 4 diploma in Counselling in September.
