Historic Grade II listed Georgian end-terrace house built 1820. with wonderfully high ceilings and period sash windows throughout. Originally, one of the oldest pubs in Bath called 'The Highbury Arms' featuring two vaults where beer was brewed.

You will be staying in the top 2 floors of the Georgian terrace where you will have a shared WC and sink on this floor and a shared bathroom with shower, bath and wc on the 2nd floor below. On the ground floor you will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, snug and a sunny south facing courtyard with sofas and chairs as well as a chimea and bbq. There are Impressive south-facing views over Bath from double bedroom.

The owner has a separate private section to the house but shares the kitchen and bathroom.

The bills (energy fair usage), water and council tax are included in the rent..

30 minute walk to university of Bath

Please note the rooms will not be available during University Christmas & Easter vacation when family returns from University! Summer dates to be confirmed and all dates will be mutually agreed before tenancy begins and rent adjusted accordingly for those periods. Personal belongings can of course remain here during the vacation periods.

No working from home Monday and Friday please
