1 double bedroom in a lovely spacious two bed flat in Bath city centre. Available as of early April (but can be flexible so feel free to reach out regardless!)
Living room is fully furnished. Bedroom will be unfurnished. The flat is on the ground floor, bedrooms are in the basement (still get light though). 1 bathroom & one WC. Shared garden with the rest of the building.
You’d be joining my lovely housemate Kaleidoscope, a 26 year-old, queer, non-binary, neurodivergent human (this form made me select a binary gender — please ignore that!). They work in retail at the moment, and bring home a lot of free posh frozen food (perks!). Kaleidoscope is super sweet and chill, and a joy to live with. They are a quiet extravert who loves to hang out in communal space and cross-stitch, read, watch tv, or play games with company. They do pole dance and aerial hoop, and enjoy a good night out now and then.
Minimum income is £18,750/year or you need a U. K. guarantor, or you can pay 6 months upfront.
