Perfectly positioned on Widcombe Parade which offers a wealth of excellent local amenities and boutique shops. Bath city centre is within easy walking distance and this particularly sought-after residential area is within easy reach of the The Kennett and Avon Canal and many beautiful walks across the nearby National Trust Land.
Excellent transport links as all buses to the University (U20 and 2) pass below the flat or it is a 15 minute brisk walk up the hill. The railway and bus station are a 5 minute walk over the bridge to London, Bristol or Abbey Wood. I can also provide a parking permit if required.
