Hi all! A double room has become available in our beautiful home in the city centre of Bath - rent is £490 pcm excl bills which are roughly £150 each! This is available from May! You would need to be able to provide references from previous landlord and deposit is 1 months rent! Council tax band B £164 per month split between 3.

We are ideally looking for a female professional in full time employment who is respectful and clean & tidy. Someone who is independent but also loves a good old catch up over a cup of tea. ☕️

We are both in our mid twenties, sociable, enjoy spending time with our friends, going on walks or have a drink at the pub but also enjoy watching movies and cooking home cooked meals. We would like someone who is independent but treats the flat as a home and enjoys an after work catch-up!

To note:
🚗 Parking is available via a resident parking permit which would have to be applied directly with BANES council and is limited to the parking that is available within the centre.
🐶 Unfortunately no pets or full time students.
