My flatmate is moving and I don't want to leave this nice flat.

Available from April 29th

It's a furnished double room (bed with storage drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair).

The flat is a ground floor flat with a small patio space and a reserved parking space, there is also bike storage.

The flat has one large bathroom (shower over bath, loo, sink) and one small bathroom/utility room (loo, sink, washing machine dryer combo).

There's an open plan kitchen/living room. The previous housemate is moving some shelving units out so there's scope to pick up some new storage bits and rearrange if we want. Also if you want to move your desk into the living room you are welcome to.

Band C council tax (156 pcm)

Just off Lower Bristol Road - near Lidl, M&S, and BSU Locksbrook Campus - 30 min walk/15 min bus from town centre - close to the river for nice walks.

No pets - not my choice :(

I would prefer to live with a woman or non binary person but a friendly man can be considered

(Council tax 156pcm /78 each
Water 50pcm /25 each
Electric is pay as you go on a meter app we do about 150pcm/ 75 each but less in summer
Internet 30pcm /15 each but we can renew it you need better connection)

Security deposit is 688.84

The building is nice and I have had no issues with neighbours or noise issues being close to student halls.

I currently work at Bath Spa Uni with some work from home flexibility, but don't wfh often. Totally okay if you work from home.

Looking for someone who is chill and respectful of shared space. I'm (current flatmate) a lesbian and care about social issues so it would be neat if you are respectful :) Students and professionals welcome
