I'm having to leave my contract early, so my room is up for grabs. It's a 3 bed flat, 2nd floor on Darlington Street.
The other 2 flatmates are in work (24+30yrs)- they're quite outgoing and social- we all often go to bars- and ideally, the best fit would be someone comfortable with that kind of lifestyle.
We've only just moved in in April, and the flat was brand newly refurbished when we moved in- so all the appliances and rooms are in perfect condition.
The bedroom overlooks a courtyard behind Pulteney Street, no bedframe for the mattress at the moment, unfortunately.
