Room available for professional female

Hello,
I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this really lovely property with one of my friends. It is situated in Bath, near Windsor Bridge. Very close to Tesco express on upper Bristol road. A close 15/20 min walk to town. It Looks right onto the river path.
It’s a room in a two-bed ground floor flat, with a living room, bathroom with shower, a kitchen; kitted with oven, washing machine and all amenities (kettle, microwave, air fryer).
The bedroom is offered unfurnished. The bed is owned by my housemate so some arrangement could be made.
We are looking for a professional woman, preferably who works full time away from home.
The house also already has a cat, so pets won’t be considered.
It is £700pcm, plus bills and there is also a deposit to be paid around 5 weeks rent. I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy by the end of the month (31/05)
