I have a lovely large fully furnished double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house with a shared bathroom.

There is a fully equipped kitchen/diner with washer/dryer and dishwasher. French windows from kitchen to small garden with a garden shed.

There is a spacious living room with a fireplace.

All of downstairs is gas fired underfloor heating and there are radiators upstairs. Needless to say the house is never cold!

There is a third smaller double room which is used as a spare room for when friends and family come to stay.

There is one allocated car parking space which comes with the room (the other is taken by my car). Bus stop 2 min away. It takes approximately 10 minutes to drive into the city centre, or a 30 minute walk. Tesco Express round the corner. Rush Hill Surgery and Culverhay Sports Centre a 10 minute walk. Moorland Road is nearby, which is full of independent shops. Odd Down Sainsbury's is a 5 minute drive.

I am looking for someone who will look after the place, treat it like a home and would like to socialise and enjoy a drink or two after a long day at work! I am a friendly professional working in events who enjoys cooking, socialising with friends, going out for dinner and drinks. and I have joined a new fitness programme which I love.
