The new system doesn't really show my interests - climate change and classic vehicles for example. I like all the arts (both observing and doing), wine tasting and good conversation.
The £580 room has a single bed and a loft bed above, wardrobes, filing cabinet, basin, large desk, has views. and has a basin.. It is available from 23rd July to September 30th only as the current lodger is a student who wishes to return after the summer break..
Strictly no smoking/smoke/smokers. Thanks. We have a big, rural view, bus routes for city centre and university - 10 minutes or you can walk - 30 minutes, or cycle. Outside there is a large garden, pond, summerhouse for relaxing in, rabbit accommodation, swimming pool in summer, possible shelter for bicycles and motorcycles. Herbs, spices, cleaning materials and all bills are included. There are shops, PO, petrol station all very near. The house has a large conservatory/diner, large lounge, kitchen/breakfast room with lots of gadgets, utility area, family bathroom and four en suites.
Looking for sociable people who like to chat but also enjoy privacy, peace at night and like to be clean and tidy. Discounts for help in house and garden occasionally. We a have cleaning rota. Sorry no cats but other small/medium-sized animals welcome including well-behaved dogs. Also sorry, I'm not on the early bird thing.
Negotiable space for car parking but ok for motorcycles or bicycles.
Environmentally passionate, domesticated people strongly preferred; eg. turning lights off when you leave a room, layering up clothes in winter, avoiding single use plastic, etc.
The notice period is a minimum of one month either way.
