~This spacious room is available for up to 5 weeks only.(from Now until September 30/9/22) although a shorter period is possible.
~ You would be sharing with a British and a Polish women. Another woman any nationality would be welcome.
- If you are a student wishing to return to Bath before your student accommodation is available or for an Internship this may be the perfect for you.
~ Centrally located, just 10 mins walk from the Roman Baths and town centre.
~The house is well situated for supermarkets (both Waitrose and Morrisons are a short walk), shopping pubs and eateries and all the culture that Bath has to offer. Bus stops on Camden Crescent and London Rd are close by..
~The room furnished with a single bed, Sofa, wardrobe, shelving, table, chair and TV.
~ It is a lovely house and together we keep it clean and tidy.
~ There is a small garden with a private terrace where we frequently eat and enjoy the sun.
~ It would suit another woman who wants a temporary base in Bath that is secure and where they can study or work in a peaceful and friendly atmosphere and where privacy is respected. We tend to socialise in town rather than having friends home.
- Rent £550. Bills are an additional £120PCM (plus Council Tax band D)
~ There is unlimited wifi.
~ Share bathroom, additional downstairs toilet, well equipped kitchen , dining and sitting room and small sun trap garden.
~Bedding and towels can be provided if required at no additional cost.
