Flat consists of three double rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, shower room/WC with washing machine plus extra WC on ground floor. Unlimited broadband/wifi.

Room is furnished with cast iron double bed, side table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, desk (if required) and chair.

Existing flatmates are sociable, easy going and considerate, looking for a similar flatmate to move in.

Parking on the road is restricted by zone but is free Monday to Saturday after 7pm until 8am plus all day Sunday.

Communal areas are professionally cleaned once a month but flatmates are expected to keep flat generally clean and tidy.
