Double Room Now Available in Bath (Bills Inc)

We are a couple (Chris, 33, Marianna, 33) who are looking for a friendly person to come and live with us.

We are full time professionals looking for a clean and tidy professional or student (male or female). Non smokers and no pets.

The house has been recently renovated and refurbished with new high quality furniture.

We are offering a fully furnished Double Room. The rent is £550 per month with all bills included in this price. 3 months is the minimum term. Broadband is available to use. One month deposit is required.

The room is fully furnished and includes a double bed with two drawers, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and bedside table. All furniture is brand new.

The house is semi-detached in the Southdown area of Bath. There are a number of shops within easy walking distance including Tesco. There is free parking available and a bus route very nearby.

We also provide bedding and towels - which are all new and high quality.

In case you need extra storage, we have a garage for you to use. You do not need to provide crockery and cutlery.

We have everything you will need here, you just need to move in and enjoy living in a new comfortable room with a friendly couple.
