Two bedroom: Terraced House

Our two-bedroom terraced house in Bath will be available in July. The rent excludes internet, electricity, gas, water and council tax.

The house is unfurnished.

There's a large and bright master bedroom and a good-sized double second bedroom. The kitchen is very stylish with French grey cabinets, and it leads into the dining room with sold wooden floors. The living/front room is a good size. The bathroom is huge with a contemporary white bath (and mixer shower over the bath).

The kitchen is beautiful and relatively new, it features a Fridgefreezer and dishwasher. There's a combined washing machine/tumble dryer in the bathroom. You will be the sole person/couple living in the house and will have access to the entire house.

There is roadside parking outside the house, and there's a terraced garden at the back. It's very bare, but you can still sit in the sun! There's a shed at the back that is suitable for bikes.

Ivy Avenue is a sought-after no-through road situated just above fashionable Oldfield Park. It features a friendly, charming and welcoming atmosphere as a whole with a mixture of retired owners, families and students. The nearby Two Tunnels cycle path provides an excellent source of fun and exercise on foot or cycle.
