PLEASE NOTE: This flat is available for University of Bath current or prospective students ONLY.
Hi,
I have a new studio flat at James House student accommodation in the centre of Bath. I'm subletting it over the summer with the option to stay for the 2017/2018 academic year as I am leaving school early and writing my dissertation from abroad. The room is on the top level, in the far corner, a area of the building, with floor to ceiling windows and a nice view over Bath's rooftops.
The building is brand new and definitely the best accommodation the university has to offer. In addition to the below included amenities, I am also selling a number of barely used home items that I'd be happy to offer the person who takes the lease (blender, toaster, Nespresso machine etc.).
Room Amenities:
- Double bed
- Kitchen area with hob, microwave, fridge, freezer
- 2 bar stools and breakfast nook
- Bathroom with shower
- Study desk with storage, chair, and bookshelf
- Television mounted to wall
- 2 seater sofa
- Full length mirror
- All Utilities, Wifi, and bills included
Building Amenities:
- 24 hour gym with the latest equipment
- On-site washing and drying machines
- 24 hour CCTV Coverage
- Security and Front Desk Services
- Elevator
- Study rooms
The building is a 2 minute walk to Greenpark Station bus stop, where buses pass every couple of minutes to the University.
I am flexible with the move-in date in early July and happy to discuss, please PM me if you're interested or would like to arrange a visit.
Thanks,
Jo
