I have a lovely double room inside a terraced house in a quiet location. Within a two minute walk is the number one bus route which serves the universities in Bath as well as the city centre. It's a non-smoking house but I do have a conservatory that smoking is allowed in. Use of the kitchen and bathroom is shared. A rear garden is also available with a seating area and plenty of sunshine (if it's out). All bills (council tax, Wi-Fi, water, electricity...) are included in the monthly rent. There is on-street parking outside the house with plenty of space for your car.
