I have one room available in my lovely house in Bathford! Newly refurbished house with lots of storage! Available 19th July 2019. All bills included. There is an excellent bus service into Bath City Centre.

£590- bills included - spacious double with freestanding furniture. The bed is an ottoman so has lots of storage. There is an Ethernet connection and tv bracket. There is a desk, large wardrobe and two chests of drawers. The boiler cupboard is in this room which provides additional storage. We have a CO detector in the room for peace of mind. The boiler is regularly serviced and obviously I have a current gas safety as required by law.

The village of Bathford is 10 minutes drive from Bath city centre and on the motorway/
Corsham/Chippenham side of Bath. It's a lovely village with a nice pub and a community run shop/cafe. There are nice (hilly) walks around here and it's really easy to get onto the canal. There is an amazing bus service (3) running into the centre of town roughly every 15 minutes they start just before 6am and run until around 11.30pm back home!

The house is a mid terrace and will be shared with three other professionals. The garden is south facing and there is a patio at the front with a good view of sunset! There is space to grow veg if you are of the green fingered persuasion. The house is ex authority so is a decent size. The kitchen and bathroom are new so are nice and modern. There is on street parking but the road isn't a main one. There is easy access to the motorway. The rooms are furnished. Washer/dryer, dishwasher and cupboard space.

The house is quiet and residents are respectful of space but occasionally share the odd meal/glass of wine/walk/BBQ.

I am looking for someone quiet, clean, positive, respectful with a sense of humour. You’ll share the use of the house and garden and everyone pitches in with their share of the cleaning/chores. I am hoping to find people that would like to make a home.
