Room available midweek in Bathford.

I have a spare room in a 4 bed house in Bathford, a short drive or bus ride, or a lovely 30 min cycle ride along the canal, to Bath centre. The house has parking, a front and back garden and is located in a quiet area with no through road but close to shops, pubs and restaurants.
I am a single mum with two grown up kids, a son of 16 and daughter of 21 who comes and goes. I'm a head gardener on a private estate and work all week but am home in the evenings. We are up for fun and like to all eat together (anyone is welcome to cook!) in the evenings though this is not at all prescriptive. You are free to come and go as you please. We have 2 small friendly dogs and 2 non-committal but friendly cats.
The room will be free from the beginning of September and the house has an upstairs bathroom and downstair loo and is light and airy. You are welcome to stay for just a few months or longer depending on how we all get on really. I have had a lodger for a year before and one for just a couple of month so am pretty flexible. The room itself is a fair size and has a double bed, bedside table, a small chest of drawers and a wardrobe, and there is potential, if my daughter moves out permanently, that a larger room will become available.
I am pretty easy going and ask only that you don't leave a mess (I don't need another child!) and you are respectful of the property, us, and the neighbours. We like a laugh and don't take life too seriously. I will upload pics of the room once my sisters belongings are all out of it, all you'll see are boxes at the moment.
