The House

Our house is a lovely semi-detached house located just off St John's Lane in Bedminster. The house is split over 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 en-suites and one further bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a utility room. The whole house is furnished, complete with all kitchen utensils, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a dishwasher and a fully kitted out living room. There is one driveway space utilised by us, but there is plenty of parking on the road opposite - which is not on the main road, but on the estate which is very safe. There is also a small garden space, which is available for use.

The Room

The room for rent is a double room on the third floor of the house. It comes fully furnished with a bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers, shelves and the use of one wardrobe. The room also comes complete with an en-suite bathroom.

The room looks out over the garden and is extremely light and is very spacious and cosy.

The Neighbourhood

The house is located in a safe estate, within a 30 minute walk of Temple Meads train station, 45 minute walk of the Hippodrome Square and a 30 minute walk from Whapping Wharf. In addition, Bedminster train station is a short 10 minute walk from the house and there is a bus stop at the end of the road, with the bus 90 that leads directly to the town centre.

The house is also conveniently located near a Tesco Express (15 minute walk), a Lidl (5 minute walk), an Asda (20 minute walk) and a large Sainsburys (5 minute drive).

If you are looking for somewhere else apart from the town centre, North Street is a short 10 minute walk away with lots of restaurants and pubs.

Other Housemates

We are a recently married couple looking to rent out one of our spare rooms on a weekly basis. We are both professionals and therefore work during the day. We are very easy going and happy to share all communal spaces.
