Double bedroom in newly built 2 bed flat within Picture House Court, North St, Bedminster, available from 1st of November, can potentially be earlier if necessary. The room has priority/sole access to the main bathroom, as the other bedroom has an on-suite. Bills are not included. The flat is partly furnished in the lounge, however the bedroom will be a blank canvas. The flat is within a communal "courtyard" which is very safe, and has a nice community feel to it. Also situated in a great spot on North St. Please refer to the pictures for a better ideal of the flat.

A bit about me, I work in the centre of town in a office job, and enjoy my social life with friends. I love cooking, listening to music, and relaxing watching a good film or series some evenings. I consider myself pretty chilled and easy to get along with. I do try to keep the flat presentable, although am equally not a clean/tidy freak.

I would like to find a flatmate who intends to stay more long term, and is willing to contribute to making the flat feel like a home. Ideally someone who also is down to earth, and relaxed. would be nice for someone who is social and willing to meet and hang out with new people, but still has there own friends and things to do.

The flat is rented through a letting agent, currently the best I've ever dealt with. And the new tenant will have to go through them.
