I’m looking for a month-long sublet—Jan 25th to Feb 25th—to move into my double bedroom in a shared terrace house in Bedminster. The place is well located on Eldon Terrace, Windmill Hill—10 mins from ASDA superstore, <5 minutes from major bus stop, and 10mins cycle into the city.
The house has:
2 bathrooms/toilets (both with a shower, one with a bathtub), large shared living area: living rm, kitchen opens up to a nice back garden.
The room to let has a futon bed, a couch and it has a great view of the city.
The house has a brand new stove and oven, fridge (with freezer), kitchen utensils and crockery, and a washing machine.
RENT: 450 pcm

Constanza, is an artist who’s currently working on her PhD between Bristol and Reading. She loves cooking, building fires on the beach, swimming, saunas and cycling. Constanza’s in the flat 2 to 3 days a week at most so there’s plenty of space in the house
Elinor is a theatre-maker, writer and dramaturg. Eli works extensively with young people of all ages facilitating devised and scripted theatre.
