Double bedroom in the heart of bedminster

hey guys im looking for someone that wants a room in bristol, were situated in Bedminster on North street, melville terrace about a twenty minute walk from temple meads and walking distance to the centre.
the room is £469 bills included, with a upfront deposit of £461 on a 8 month contract that can be renewed if you like, which for the location and house is pretty decent.
unfortunately i cant accept any students but you wont have to deal with any agency fees as the landlord will do his own checks so all you'll need is a guarantor and a refference from a previous landlord.
looking for someone thats chill, wants a home type of pad rather than just sticking in ya room

we have a bath/shower and the boiler is very new so dont epect to ever have your water suddeny go cold and the water pressure is very good

im very chilled and work alot as a chef so somedays im not there for most of the day, you can expect me to cook for you sometimes and just looking for someone to join the house and feel like its a home rather than just a room, im clean and tidy but not ocd, ive been here for a year and a half and still loving it my roomate is moving out as she is going on a expedition in africa so wont be needing the room anymore
