We have a double rooms available to rent in a newly modernised house in Bedminster, BS3. The room is furnished with a double bed and comes with storage.
The house is fully furnished, only new bedding needed. All bills are included including Sky tv and broadband with Sky Sports. The property is ideally located, Parson Street train station being less than a ten minute walk away, the city centre approx 30 - 35 minutes.
Ideally we are looking for someone aged between 21 and 33. The owner works away but occasionally uses the third bedroom on weekends. The rooms would suit a young professional looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live.
