The room is perfectly bright and airey and comes fully furnished with a double bed, shelving unit and separate large storage cupboard located just outside of the room.

The Property is comprised of 4 bedrooms, one shared bathroom with a shower over the bath. A lounge with comfy sofas, TV and dining table and chairs. The Kitchen has plenty of storage space and leads out to the Large sun trap garden-perfect for enjoying the summer months.

The property currently has two males in their 20's and one female- a mixture of working professionals and students.

The house is located on a nice quiet street on St Johns Crescent- with plenty of on street parking. You can walk to the City Centre in 30 minutes or there are regular buses from the bus stop which is only a short 3 minute walk form the house.
There are some local shops near by for essentials and larger supermarkets such as Asda & Aldi are only an 8 minute drive away.

The gorgeous Victoria Park is around the corner from this house- perfect for running, walking or relaxing in the sun. The Victoria Pub is close to this park-serving great beers and the best Sunday Roast.
