Ensuite double loft room in Windmill Hill

We are a friendly, relaxed and social couple looking to let out our one of our spare bedrooms. One of us is from Brazil and the other England. We both have degrees and jobs. Some of our likes are; board games, baking cakes, movies, gardening, going out (occasionally), travelling (before CV) and taking walks to the city centre and the hills.

We are located in Windmill Hill/ Bedminster / Totterdown area with approx 3min to walk to Bedminster train station. The loft bedroom is a double bed, is en-suite and has a great view over the south of Bristol. House has three toilets and two bathrooms, plus a large laundry and utility room in the basement (where the 3rd toilet is). There is a bike shed at the front of the house. On-street parking is free but also a free-for-all. The garden is open for anyone to use. I've just put in some large decking to make the most out of the summer. We have a garage on the rear of the house but is mostly used for storage. There is a large desk in the office/dining room with space for another to work from home (one of us already works from home).

Bills are included. We use 100% renewable electricity plus gas for heating and cooking. Internet is full-fibre 100mbs BT internet. No TV licence, but can be got if desired. Kitchen is well furnished, and the existing kitchen tools are free to be used by sensible cooks.

We are looking to find someone who share some of our interests, world views and are open to share and socialise a little. Potentially open to pets on a case-by-case base. Same for couples. If you apply please let us know a little about yourself, what your plans are for the next 12 months.
