Mon to Fri only Whole one-bed flat

I use the flat every other weekend (and parts of school holidays) so that I can spend time with my son. The rest of the time I rent it out to a Monday to Friday lodger. Usually someone who lives outside of Bristol but needs to work in town during the week. This has been a very successful arrangement for a number of lodgers over the last five years.

It’s a great flat fully kitted out with storage space so you can leave your stuff over the weekend when I am there with my son. Great location within reach of the centre of town, parks and thriving North Street.
There is no dedicated onsite parking. We all take pot luck on the myriad of streets around South Park.

As it is only a one-bed flat, you would need your own bedding (king size). The weekends I am there with my son, we usually arrive at 5pm on Friday and leave at 6pm on Sunday.

As there are no other flat mates, you need to consider how you would cope living on your own - great for some, not right for others.
