beautiful sunny room - perfect for plants!

looking for someone to take over my room in bedminster/totterdown from 1st May!

the room:
it's a massive sunny room which backs onto the garden and has a lovely view of victoria park. the room comes furnished with a bed, two side tables, two wardrobes (big and small), and chest of drawers. it's right next to the bathroom which you will be sharing with two girls - it's a brand new bathroom with a separate shower and bath.

the house:
new build with new appliances, alarms, thermostats - modern and clean feel to it! the downstairs is open plan with a cosy living room and modern kitchen with two fridge freezers, dishwasher, underfloor heating etc - there's also a washing machine.

the house is a 15 min walk to temple meads and a 25 min walk to the centre - close to big asda and little tesco - victoria park is right next door which is lovely for walks and dogspotting!

sharing with three young professionals - two girls and a guy - aged 22-25. sociable house who like to hang out together and have drinks!

the person:
landlady wants a young female professional (as it's a shared bathroom) - aged 22 & 27 - no students, must be in full time employment! you need to be able to put down deposit by 1st May

deposit is 1 months rent which is £550

rent is £550 per month and bills come to about £100 = £650 all in

6 months minimum contract
