Furnished double room available in the heart of Bedminster.

The house is a 3 bedroom Victorian terrace situated a stones throw from North Street. There is a living room, dining/reception room, kitchen with dishwasher, downstairs bathroom, washing machine and small paved garden. There is also plenty of extra storage around the house if wanted. The room will come with the bed and bedside table, other furniture can be negotiated with the landlord or welcome to bring your own. Bills are currently included in the rent.

We (the current tenants) are Abi and Tom. Abi works at the Bristol eye hospital whilst Tom works in recruitment. We are both easy-going, social people who like getting out and about and are very outdoorsy and active. We also like to chill and hang out. We keep the house tidy and clear for each other as much as possible. We respect each others space and are looking for someone who reflects those qualities. We also have a very good landlord so are keen to find someone who will respect his generosity as it's a lovey house to live in.

The room is not available to couples. No smokers please.
