Cosy spacious double room on Windmill Hill

Hello! I'm Chris - a musician, writer and community co-ordinator. I'm looking for a housemate to join me asap in my lovely house on Windmill Hill.

(For some reason, Spare Room has listed this as a "flat" but it's actually a house!)

I need to move quite quickly, so will be sorting out in-person/video viewings this weekend (Fri 3-Sun 5 December)

It's a spacious double room with built-in storage and bed included (if helpful).

There's a large shared living room upstairs where I enjoy playing board games with friends and watching films on my projector.

I'd love to find a sociable housemate who also values their own space and downtime. I'm pretty relaxed but like to keep things tidy.

There's also a back garden with space to sit and a very generous rosemary bush!

The house is near to Bedminster station, Victoria park and walking distance to North Street.

The total cost, including water, energy, internet, council tax and rent comes to £661 (excludes TV license).

Sadly my current housemate of 4 years is moving out so sorry about the boxes and bits and bobs of furniture in the photos - this is temporary and will be cleared by move in day.
