Single Room, Carpeted and Brand New single Bed - £725 per month all bills included. This is a Kitchen/Bathroom share only. Living Room is Landlord's private space. Not looking for anybody who "works from home", Lodger would ideally need to be out during the week.

First floor 2 bedroom Flat, Single room /Single Bed, with clothes Rail, Chair and table, Broadband is provided but lodger will have to bring a TV if they wish to.
sharing with Landlord an Ex military chap, friendly sociable ; although value my own space like anyone really, this is a quiet household so no partying or smokers please. I don't want visitors except for my family members, as my little girl stays here occasionally every 3rd weekend on a Saturday (she is quiet and respectable) and in the week I like my chill space. There is no storage space in the flat aside from The bedroom so would suit someone who travels with light luggage😀

Energy conscious flat so if you like to spend 30 minutes in the shower and have 2 showers a day then this isn't the flat for you! - best to be upfront.....no shoes worn past the front door and I like it kept as you see it in this add & when coming for a viewing. Again No smokers, Alcoholics or people who like uncleanliness,😉 I'd prefer somebody OCD like myself - I probably sound worse than I am, but best to be upfront and transparent i guess... my most recent lodger was here 8 months so i can't be that bad (lol).I am a neat freak though, I don't keep any food rubbish or Any rubbish in the flat the bins are directly outside. I enjoy the odd glass of prosecco or beer occasionally on a weekend but at the same time it's not a party flat. Ample parking if you have a car there's always a space and CCTV here.

All the usual essentials in the kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, kettle & toaster, washing machine AND a Tumble Dryer so no hanging clothes waiting for ages for them to dry!

Flat is based on west street and there is a pub a few doors down which can be quite loud on weekends (City life) although windows closed you hear very little in here; Otherwise Bedminster is a lively/Artsy area which also hosts "UpFest" Europe's largest Street art and graffiti Festival annually.
