Looking for a new housemate for this 3 bedroom semi detached house for a 6 month/12month contract as I’m moving out. The official tenancy start date would be the 12th of May. Open to mature students and professionals. No cis men.

About the room:
The bedroom is offered unfurnished, and was recently renovated. We have a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom downstairs. The house is located near West st in Bedminster and has good public transport routes (bus and train) and is within walking distance of the City Centre.

About the current tenants:
There are 2 other tenants living in the property, we are both 26, one of us works full time and the other is a mature student. We’re both friendly and very laid back, and we are a LGBTQ+ friendly household.
