Looking for Housemates in Bedminster!

I've just moved into the most lovely house in Bedminster and I'm looking for 2 more housemates to fill the rooms! The landlord is only planning on renting 3 of the rooms out initially, and the other two at a later time.

One of the rooms is an ensuite, and although the other isn't, you will have sole access to one of the bathrooms until the other rooms are filled!

Bills are all-inclusive of the price advertised, and fortnightly cleaning is provided to maintain a tidy and enjoyable living space.

Each bedroom is furnished with built in wardrobes, a TV on the wall, a double bed, desk, chair, bedside table, lamp, and mirror, this room providing a comfortable living space.

The house has been brand newly refurbished and is in mint condition, with plenty of kitchen space and waterfall showers! The fully equipped kitchen boasts a double oven, hob, dishwasher, two washer dryers, a spacious fridge, and a small freezer. Additional amenities include a microwave, toaster, kettle, and a hoover, ensuring your comfort and convenience. Absolutely all of the bills are included in the rent, as well as fortnightly cleaning, so you don't have to worry about any other than rent payments each month :)

More about me: My name is Sophie! I have just moved to Bristol with work and I don't know too many people yet, so I would ideally love housemates that I can get along with and hopefully develop friendships with! I'm always up for a drink at the pub, but I equally consider myself an extroverted introvert and I love to have a good balance between social and me-time. If you live with me you'll become very accustomed to my beloved vinyl player, and as huge music fan I would love other housemates who are keen on going to local gigs and shows with me!
