Double Room BS3 near north street

Double room going in our 4 bed house 5 minute walk from north street.
It’s a new build so super modern with an open plan kitchen/living room.
There’s a downstairs and upstairs bathroom. You’ll be sharing with one other housemate as one of the rooms has an en suite.
We also have a large garden which we use loads in the summer.

The room is on the second floor and can be unfurnished or double bed, mattress and chest of drawers can be left.

There’s free on street parking and we never have any issues finding a spot.

We’re 3 working professionals aged 28-30. Were sociable and often chill together in the evenings but equally all have our own stuff going on!

Rent is £720 including bills. Might change slightly in winter but not by much. Deposit is £250.
