One of our housemates is sadly moving out so we are looking for someone new to join us! We all get on really well and are looking for someone who wants to make it feel like home and not just a house.
The room available is a small double on the first floor and furnished. Rent is £700 including all bills (council tax, gas, electricity, wifi etc.) We have a shared Kitchen, Dining and Living Area, but all rooms have their own bathroom.
There are 3 others and a little sausage dog in the house currently. We're all professionals in our mid 20’s who are social, clean, like hanging out together and like our house to have good vibes really!
We're looking for someone fun to join us who likes chatting in the kitchen after work, having wine nights, going out and doing spontaneous things!
Move in date is expected to be 8th April. We will be holding viewings ASAP 💕
