A lovely sized unfurnished double bedroom with en-suite for rent in 4 bed modern house share. The house is a very good size, lots of storage space and natural light.

The bedroom is on the top door of a 3 storey house. The main bathroom and the shared living room is in the 1st floor. The kitchen, a second bathroom, one of the bedrooms and access to the garden is all on the ground floor.

We're a house of 3, looking for person number 4. We would like someone who wants to join in making the house homely, and is up for hanging out inside and outside the house. Think family vibes with a dollop of fun and respect for personal space. We're in our early 30s, working hard and making the most out of evenings and weekends (cycling, yoga, hiking, climbing, movie nights, the pub, dinners, festivals, and the occasional night out). We all work full time and one of us works from home now and again.

The rent for the room is 685 and then bills come to between 120 - 160 a month. The house is rented directly from the friendly landlord. Two of our old housemates have moved in with their partners, we have found one person to fill a spare room and looking for the second.
