Total monthly is 1650 and deposit is 1903 split between the tenants.

Move in from 29th July.

Beautiful house in an incredible location next to North Street, an easy 30m walk to city Centre / Temple Meads

Bills are roughly an extra £120 a month, with an occasional energy bill averaging about £80 each quarter.

Current tenant is a wfh web developer, on the geeky side (love board games, TV and movies, video games, wh40k, going to the pub etc). Am not obsessively tidy, prefer the house to feel lived in instead of like a showroom. Would like tenants who gel with this.

Current tenants will be taking some living room furniture when they leave so furnishing will need to be reassessed. (Will still have the 50" tv and switch, ps5 though!)

Would like to meet/chat with potential future housemates about house expectations beforehand (nothing stressful, have house shared for years with never an issue!)

References required and will need to have a brief informal meet with the landlords(whom are exceptionally nice!) before accepting move in.
