We (Eve and Jon) are looking to replace our lovely flatmate who’s moving out at the end of May.

Situated on the quiet Somerset Terrace at the top of Windmill Hill, we’re just a stones throw from Victoria Park. There are,

- Large open plan kitchen/living room
- Washing machine + Dishwasher
- Large garden with patio (keen gardeners encouraged!)

Kitchen/lounge comes furnished with everything you can see in the photos. The bedroom comes with double bed, shelving unit, bedside table and chest of drawers.

Great location, within walking distance of:
- 5min Bedminster Station
- 10min East Street + Airport Flyer
- 15min North Street / Asda
- 20min Temple Meads

£53 council tax - paid to landlady
c£80 bills (energy, water, internet) - we pay and manage these ourselves.

About us:
Eve
I moved to Bristol nearly 3 years ago, working as a VFX artist (in the office 5 days a week). I’m quite into running and watching films, you can often find me at the watershed or out for drinks with friends. I also enjoy reading and the occasional dance class.

Jon
I’ve been in Bristol about 9yrs as an aerospace engineer, working from home 2/3 days a week. In terms of interests, I’m semi regular at the gym, along with bouldering once a week. Like getting out on my bike around the city, as well as hiking/camping further afield. Also enjoy gardening to relax and just started some volunteering with a youth organisation.
