Large unfurnished double room in Bedminster

Large unfurnished double bedroom with a lovely south-facing bay window.
It's a big end of terrace house on a small side street just off of Winterstoke road.
Located in Bedminster, a few minutes walk from North Street, a 10 minute cycle from the city centre, with bus and train stops (Parson st.) less than a minute away. Redpoint climbing centre is also only a minute away for any keen climbers (like us).
We have a decent size garden with a couple of raised beds for growing veg, and a small climbing wall to keep us entertained during lockdown.
Comfy living room, with a large tv, Netflix etc.
An array of gym/exercise things and yoga/stretching in the backroom. Decent size kitchen.
Current housemates are Rowan (28) and Sam (34)... Sam works in publishing and spends the majority of his spare time climbing. Rowan works in adventure travel and loves the sea and most things outdoorsy. We're an easy-going couple that are equally happy going out to the pub socialising, as well as having quiet nights in. on the sofa with a good film.
