Firstly the landlord requires all housemates to be employed (so no students) and unfortunately no couples or pets.

I’m moving out and need to fill my room with someone for my current housemates.
It’s a light, spacious and unfurnished double room.
The current housemates would prefer someone who works similar hours to them, Monday to Friday 9-5 so they can ensure there are no issues with late evenings in the week.

The property is a lovely 3 bedroom terraced house in Bedminster just off West Street, just a couple of minutes walk away from North Street, the Spotted Cow and a 20 minute walk into the city centre or to Temple Meads.

There is free off street parking, a large living and dining room which leads onto the kitchen. There is also a big patio area with an outhouse which can be used as storage for bikes etc. Also There’s a useful storage cupboard under the stairs.

Monthly rent comes to £350 then bills total around £140 including council tax and broadband and a deposit of £400 needs to be paid.

A bit about the housemates, there is Jenny who is 32 and Anna who is 29, both professionals, clean but never difficult. They are sociable, so enjoy a drink at the local pub or even watching TV in the living room but also appreciate privacy.
