Double Room to Rent near Gloucester Road

Hi!

We have a double room to rent in our 3 bed house in Bishopston, very close to Gloucester Road and right by the Lazy Dog pub.

There's a cosy lounge, large kitchen and 2 shower rooms. The room is a good sized double. It comes with a double bed, but the other furniture is our departing housemate's. There is a patio area outside. Parking is available on the street outside. It can be busy but it isn't normally a problem finding somewhere near the house.

The room is available from 13th January 2019 and rent is £400 per month. The deposit is also £400.

Bills are not included in the rent, and are around £105 per month, which includes all utilities, council tax and broadband.
We have a private landlord and so there are no agency fees. He will ask for two referees though (employer and a previous landlord).

**The landlord will only accept tenants over 25 years old, and we have no control over this, so if you are younger, sorry! Also no couples or pets.**

A bit about us...
I'm Jen, 34, and I work as an accountant. I love gig rowing, and keeping active. I've lived here since october.
You'd also be sharing with Hiedi, 32, manager. She is new to Bristol and only moved in a couple of weeks ago.

We're looking for a considerate, respectful, clean housemate who would like to socialise a bit within the house but respects privacy too.
