The room is £385 pm not including bills (around £90), no agency fees!
The house is lovely and warm with a garden! It is a great place for someone who enjoys being sociable and spending time with housemates. Trashy TV and gin/wine is a bonus! I'm keen to get the room sorted ASAP as it will be available from 1st Jan.
