Double room to rent in a recently refurbished house in Bishopston. There is a large living room and an open plan kitchen with dining area, There is a shared bathroom and separate toilet downstairs. The house is fully furnished and all bills, including unlimited broadband, are included in the monthly rent.

There is street parking available, no permit is required. The house is a short walk from bus stops and all the shops/cafes/bars of the Gloucester Road.

I am looking for a clean, tidy and respectful housemate. I work a variety of shift patterns so I value peace and quiet at home. We have friendly and considerate neighbours on both sides.

The rent includes a cleaner on alternate weeks. Bed linen is available and included but you are welcome to use your own. We have a wifi extension so there is good signal throughout the house. There is a large wardrobe in the room and room under the bed for extra storage.

Please note the maximum tenancy is 6 months. Shorter lets will be considered.
