Double room in quiet, well located home

I’m renting a good sized double bedroom in a 2 bed house in BS7. The room is at the back of the house which is lovely and bright. The house has a shared living room, separate dining room, well equipped kitchen and south west facing garden. Free on street parking is available too.

The house is about 10 minutes’ walk from Gloucester Road and only a few minutes from Muller Road, meaning a lot of amenities are very close by and making it a great area to live in.

The room has a brand new double bed - divan base with 2 storage drawers, new mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. There is existing shelving in the room and space for a chest of drawers underneath.

A little about me…I’m looking to share with someone with similar interests as I hope we can become friends through sharing our home. I’m part of a running club and regularly attend parkrun. I'll be doing some volunteering with the local cricket club over the summer and plan to join Bristol Samba on their September beginner programme to learn drumming. I enjoy cooking and sharing dinner with friends as well as watching football, good TV dramas, reading, going to gigs and seeing comedy.

I enjoy my own space and respect that a housemate will want that too. I like living in a house that feels like a home, as opposed to a show home, but I'm clean and tidy. I have a two year old lovable tabby cat called Nova; she's a great character and is one of many things that makes this a great place to come home to.
