Hello,

We are looking for a lovely lady to fill a room in our friendly house share!

You would be sharing with Fiona (a 27 year old PhD student), Emily (a 29 year old Cancer Support Worker for Macmillan), and Laura (a 28 year old administrator). As a house we enjoy exploring the outdoors, quiet nights in front of the TV, and casual trips to the local. Individually our interests include going to gigs, cooking, yoga, painting and Africa by Toto. However, at the moment our evenings mainly revolve around wine and cheese.

We are looking for a professional female, between the ages of 26 – 31, who is tidy, considerate, and friendly. We’d like somebody who is up for socialising as a house but also has their own things going on.

The house is a four bedroom property with a shared kitchen/ dining room, lounge, bathroom, and cute little garden. In the local area you’ll find a few shops and pubs, plus it’s only a 10 minute walk from Gloucester Road. The room is on the ground floor, comes fully furnished, and the cost includes all bills (water, gas, electric, internet, and Council Tax). We are looking for somebody to move in from 1st May.
