Room available just off Ashley Down Road

Bedroom

We have an unfurnished double room available in a house just off Ashley Down Road, near the Co-op. You can walk into town in about half an hour, or the 70 goes from just up the road. Then it’s a 10 min walk to get to Gloucester Road to get a bus going away from Bristol.

We're preferably looking for a guy, but can be flexible. Must be a professional, have lived away from home before, and know how to tidy up after themselves.

Upstairs there are the two other rooms that Kate and I are in, and the main bathroom.

Downstairs we've got a huge lounge room with a couple comfy sofas and a TV. The kitchen is on the smaller size, but for three people its pretty easy. There's an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Then also another toilet downstairs.

The two of us living in here at the moment are myself and Kate. I am a 24-year-old doing engineering up in north Bristol, and have been here for 5 years now. I'm quite an active person and enjoy going out, but I’m chilled about staying in and reading or watch TV.

Kate is from Australia and has been here for the last year or so, and she's been doing bar work in the centre of Bristol.

We're both pretty laid-back people, but still go out and do stuff in the evenings.

Rent is £415, council tax £49, Wifi & bills ~£30, then water is every 6 months and was about £60 each last time.
