Room for rent Gloucester Road

We have a double room to rent in our beutiful spacious house. Located just off Gloucester Road, minutes away from shops, pubs, great bus links and a 20 min walk into town.

The house has 2 Bathrooms both with showers and one with a bath. Also two living rooms, one at the front of the house, the other is part of a coversion attached to the kitchen which has all the white goods, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine and an out of tune piano!

The bills, council tax and broadband are about £90-100pm, it does go down a bit in the summer when the heating goes off. Their is a deposit of one months rent plus the additional first months rent paid upfront. You will also need to supply references.

About us: You will be sharing with two guys a girl and Gus the cat. We are very friendly, easy going, working professionals. We enjoy the occasional meal together, music, socialising, looking after the environment, plants, being outdoors, amongst many other things.

We are a sociable bunch and want to find someone who will be part of our little family and get involved with us. Saying that we totally respect that everyone has their own lives and needs there own space. We are not really a party house and generally keep things pretty chilled.
