Double Bedroom En-Suite

We are offering a great double bedroom with en-suite just off of Gloucester Road in a 4-Bedroom houseshare. Comes un-furnished, however there is a built in wardrobe also!

Currently there is Bob (Carpenter), Jack (Engineer), Vish (Doctor), and Meg (Nurse) who all live here - All between the ages of 26-35. Jack will be leaving to move in with his girlfriend and we are looking for someone to move into this room.

Our different shifts mean our schedules are pretty staggered and Rarely is there a clash for cooking food etc (plus there is the added bonus of having your own bathroom).

We are a friendly and relaxed house that are happy to leave eachother to do our own thing but we also socialise regularly too. We sometimes eat together, but usually this is just two or three of us (again due to shifts etc). We all enjoy going festivals as well as getting out and seeing a few gigs or exploring bristol.

Ideally we are interested in someone who is clean, and considerate of their other housemates. But also someone who is happy to socialize and grab a beer from time to time.

The house is walking distance to Southmead Hospital, as well as having great bus links to the city centre, UWE, and Filton - some of which operate 24hr. There is a selection of Gyms all within walking distance, and several supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi and Lidl to name a few). There is also a range of local fruit shops and butchers all within walking distance. The city centre is around 25-35 minutes walk; and there are plenty of Bars, Cafes, Restaurants, and shops to visit along the way too.

There is a Deposit of £623 which is paid into a protected deposit scheme.
The tenancy is initially 5 months (26th September - 26th Feb) but can be renewed and/or extended after this.
Bills come to around £80 per month.

The new tenant will be subject to referencing and checks by the letting agency.
